Topper Luciani is the founder and CEO of Goodfair. He is a passionate entrepreneur, environmentalist and pilot. Topper has spent the last decade learning every aspect of the textile recycling industry, working for exporters, clothing donation companies, and vintage stores. His mission with Goodfair is to normalize second hand on a global level in order to reduce the harmful effects of modern consumerism.
Adam Baruchowitz
Adam spent the first stage of his career as a day trader and running a day trader firm. His life was changed when his partner was hit by a car and left paralyzed. Adam then founded Wearable Collections as a project to raise both money and awareness for Spinal Cord Injury Research. What started as a short-term project in 2004—placing large clothing recycling bins inside of residential buildings—has become a mandate.

Edward Hertzman, EVP of Fairchild Media, spent over a decade as a top executive for global sourcing companies Synergies Worldwide and Pearl Global. Edward founded and administers Sourcing Journal Online, which since 2009 has grown to 75,000+ subscribers—the largest trade journal in the world for the sourcing apparel and textile industry supply chain.
